Seattle Times, Oct 24 2019

You can send comments via email to OrcaRecovery.WCR@noaa.gov with the subject line “Comments on Protective Regulations for Killer Whale Scoping”, or mail written comments to Seattle Branch Chief, Protected Resources Division, West Coast Region, National Marine Fisheries Service, 7600 Sand Point Way NE, Building 1, Seattle WA 98155, Attn: SRKW Vessel Regulation Revision. You can also give comments in person at a public meeting to be held in Friday Harbour at the Brickworks Event Center, Nov 12 5:00 – 8:00 pm.
